、Environmental protection. Currently, sheet metal manufacturers can control their production in E1 and E0, and this industry is under development. And our Hangmei board has already achieved E1 level or above. Of course, it's not that the manufacturer doesn't consider the feelings of consumers, which is really difficult to achieve. However, E1's ecological board is much more meaningful than E0's fine woodworking board, because traditional craftsmanship still requires glue to stick decorative boards and painting. Testing method: After sealing the cabinet, open it for a period of time to check for any odor or irritation to the nose or eyes.

、To check the flatness, the detection method is to look at the longer side at a 45 degree angle in a slightly dimly lit area to see if there are any unevenness, and to check if the three joint seams and sanding marks on the surface are obvious. This is not a hard standard, but it reflects a manufacturer's process capability.

、Check if there are any dry or wet flowers on the surface. Home decoration is called carbonization. If there are shiny dot shaped blocks on the surface of the board, it will turn black over time or the surface will appear like paint fading. These are all dry and wet flowers. These all reflect the level of mastery of factory processes and are also one of the important issues reflecting the quality of sheet metal.

、Paper fades, but ink paper is relatively less prone to fading and has a stronger sense of three dimensionality. And the color paste paper is much worse (such as the difference between paint and coating). Testing method: Stack two boards staggered and expose them to the sun for a few hours, then check if there is any color difference on the lower board.

、The cracking and bubbling of the board are definitely quality issues caused by the bonding strength and substrate, without any reason.

、Checking if the paper is completely cured is equivalent to not cooking the rice completely. You can see that the surface is not resistant to pollution, and it doesn't feel very comfortable to touch with your hands. There is a feeling of cotton on your hands, and the surface of the board looks like it is covered with a layer of fog. The good thing is that it feels like metal to the touch. Testing method: Apply shoe polish, lipstick or oil pen on the surface of the board for a few minutes and see if it can be completely wiped off.

、Check if the decorative paper is firmly attached to the wood, impregnated and peeled off (this is related to the woodworking process, as there may be edge jumping during sawing, which increases processing difficulty and affects aesthetics). Testing method: Use strong adhesive to stick on small pieces of every square decimeter and pull hard to see if the paper is pulled off, or use your hand to clip the paper on the cross-section to see if the paper on top can be removed.

、The thickness difference of the entire board, detection method: Use a caliper to measure the thickness of multiple points on one board, with an error of ± 0.5mm, which is normal, but the requirements for home decoration can be relaxed.

、The deformation of the board, the degree of deformation of the board also reflects the manufacturer's process capability, and the static bending strength of the board is insufficient. Generally speaking, it is normal for the two sheets on top of each package to have slight deformation before being made into finished products. If there is any deformation after making a wardrobe or finished product (excluding large swing doors), it is a quality issue.
